Dutch General Election 2017

CJ-Moki here. A post about the General Election yesterday in the Netherlands:

Yesterday, all the way East in the Netherlands, an election to elect all 150 members to the Dutch House of Representatives has held yesterday. Thankfully, despite various predictions in the wake of right-wing victories such as Brexit and the Trump election, Geert Wilders' far-right Party for Freedom lost in the election. Bigly, as President Trump would put it. I am glad that the primary right-wing extremist force in the Netherlands failed to gain much power in last night's election. Here is a link to a BBC story about the election.

CJ-Moki, signing off. The next notable election in the western world will be Bulgaria's National Assembly election on the 26th.
